“I took my Mercedes to Silver Lady for a complete interior change. The finished job looked great when I picked the car up. However a few days later I noticed that some of the stitching had begun to come undone on one of the front seats. I contacted Silver Lady and told them the problem. After profusely apologising one of the team came to my house and collected the seat and redid the stitching and then returned the seat and refitted it. They again went over the rest of the interior with a fine toothcomb to ensure all the rest was perfect. A job very well done. Thanks boys.”
